Itinerary Details
Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
On your arrival at New Delhi airport, meet our tour representative and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel. After freshening up, enjoy breakfast and proceed to important tourist places and UNESCO sites, including Red Fort, Qutub Minar, and Humayun's Tomb. After exploring the attractions of Delhi, you will get back to your hotel for dinner. After that, you will settle yourself in the bed for a comfortable sleep.
Day 2: Delhi - Haridwar (242 km/5-6 hours drive)
Begin the day with a healthy breakfast. Then, check out from your hotel and leave for Haridwar, one of the holy Hindu cities of Uttarakhand. On arrival, you will check in at one of our listed hotels and relax for some time. Later, in the evening, visit Har-ki-Pauri, a holy Ghat on the river Ganga, for Ganga Arti (river worship ceremony). It is going to be a memorable experience. Treat your eyes to the mesmerizing views of the lamps falling in the river's water.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Haridwar – Joshimath (274 km/8-9 hours drive)
On the third day of your Auli Skiing tour, savor breakfast and drive to Joshimath. On your way to Joshimath, visit the three most significant points that have high value in Hindi mythology; Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnprayag.
Also referred to as Jyotirmath, Joshimath is the gateway to one of the sacred pilgrimage sites, Badrinath. Devprayag (confluence of two holy rivers - Bhagirathi and Alaknanda), Rudraprayag (Alaknanda meets Mandakini), and Karnaprayag (the Pinda river joins Alaknanda) are the three extremely popular, out of Panch Prayag.
Upon reaching Joshimath, check-in at a hotel and relax in your pre-assisted room. After that, you will have your dinner at the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4: Joshimath – Auli (13 km/ 30-40 mins drive)
Wake up and have a healthy breakfast. Afterward, go on a quick drive to Auli, which is around 13 km, one of the significant skiing destinations in Uttarakhand. Set in the snow-capped Garhwal Himalayas, Auli is an excellent destination for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. You can also take the 3.9 km long cable car (longest in Asia) to get to the beautiful Auli Ski Resort to reach Auli. On arrival at Auli, you will check in your hotel and straighten your back for some time in your room. You will have a toothsome dinner at the hotel and jump on your bed for a comfortable sleep in the evening.
Day 5: Explore Auli
This day of your Auli skiing tour is fully dedicated to exploring the beauty of Auli. First, you will commence your day with a healthy breakfast in your room. Once done, step out of your room to explore the scenic beauty of Auli and indulge in the skiing experience. Next, you can ride on Poma Lift, an open cable chair car ride. The ride will allow you to get a panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi. After enjoying your day, get back to your hotel. Have a delicious dinner, and slide into bed for restful sleep in the Auli hotel.
Day 6: Explore Auli
Today, you will get a dose of thrill and excitement by continuing your skiing at Auli Ski Resort. Post breakfast, you will move towards the location to enjoy the skiing experience. You will ski through the snow slopes of Asia and enjoy the view of snow-capped peaks all around. Feel the thrill while you roll away in the snow. If you want to take a rest and explore the beauty, you can also do that. You will return to your hotel for dinner in the evening.
Overnight stay in Auli.
Day 7: Joshimath - Rishikesh (251 km/7-8 hrs drive)
In the morning, have your breakfast while admiring the mountain views. Then, pack your bag, check out from the hotel, and leave for Rishikesh. On your way, you will seek blessings at Narsingh Temple. Later, start driving back to Rishikesh. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Settle yourself to have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Rishikesh.
Day 8: Rishikesh – Delhi (261 km/5-6 hrs drive)
After a healthy breakfast, leave for a sightseeing tour of Rishikesh. Begin with a visit to Ram Jhulla and Laxman Jhulla - 2 famous suspension bridges over the river Ganges; Sivananda Ashram. Next, visit Triveni Ghat - the confluence of 3 holy rivers, Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati; Parmarth Niketan - a world-popular Ashram; and Gita Kutir - another ashram famous for its meditation sessions. Later, start driving to Delhi. You will be transferred to the airport/railway station for further departure.
